Bluebid Homes Announces Dan Liliedahl as Chief Technology Officer
Dan Liliedahl, Chris Mackey, and team intend to build a more welcoming path to homeownership
BOSTON – Bluebid Homes, a real estate technology company connecting homebuyers and homeowners – so both parties can privately explore off-market deals – today announced Dan Liliedahl as the company’s Chief Technology Officer.
Liliedahl brings 25+ years of technology leadership to Bluebid having most recently served as CTO at AirTank, an eCommerce SaaS company and full-service digital agency. Dan has worked across different technology areas encompassing eCommerce, AI/ML, content management and supply chain management. In addition to working in upper management and early start up executive level roles, Dan was the founder of eFoundry – a professional services firm providing Fortune 1000 clients with focused expertise in the development and deployment of sophisticated Web infrastructures and content management applications - and served as the company’s CTO for over a decade. Dan is also a published author, and he received his BS in Electrical and Engineering from the University of New Hampshire’s College of Engineering and Physical Sciences.
“Dan and I could not be more excited to get to work building a more welcoming path to homeownership. By enabling homeowners to privately receive offers and educate themselves before pursuing a transaction or listing their home for sale, our platform will play a massive role in combatting the housing crisis,” said Chris Mackey, CEO.
Ahead of its full product launch, the company will allow homeowners to claim their homes on its platform. Once the company’s full platform is launched, interested homebuyers will have the ability to directly submit confidential offers via Bluebid. Only when a homeowner and buyer have an agreement in principle does Bluebid match them with a licensed real estate agent to work toward a deal.
