Corcoran Joins Bluebid Homes

Real estate attorney, broker, and investor brings diverse experience and expertise

BOSTON - Bluebid Homes, the private housing market where buyers and sellers can explore off-market deals – has added real estate industry veteran Leo S. Corcoran. Corcoran takes on the role of General Counsel & Broker. In addition, Corcoran has joined the Board of Directors of the company. Bluebid Homes was founded by Chris Mackey and Dan Liliedahl to build a more welcoming path to homeownership.

Corcoran previously led Snow Point Advisors where he focused on the acquisition of urban infill development opportunities and value-add multifamily properties, as well as advising developers on zoning and permitting. Prior to Snow Point, Leo worked as an associate for the international law firm Holland & Knight. He serves on the board of Community Providers of Adolescent Services, a leading provider of special education and human services for you and families in need. Leo received his BA from Boston College and his JD from Boston College Law School.

“Leo brings diverse real estate experience and expertise to Bluebid, and he will be a valuable resource for us moving forward. We are thrilled Leo decided to join us on this important journey,” said Chris Mackey, CEO.

Bluebid allows homeowners to claim their homes on its platform. Once a home is claimed by its owner, interested homebuyers can submit confidential offers via Bluebid. When a homeowner and buyer have an agreement in principle, Bluebid matches each party with a licensed real estate agent to negotiate and finalize the deal.
