  • President Trump has threatened to ban large institutional investors from buying additional single-family homes, according to CNN.

  • CNBC says down payments are now the biggest hurdle to homeownership, as they observe declining mortgage rates, home prices easing, and more homes on the market. 

  • Redfin observe 37% more sellers than buyers in the US housing market in November - more than double last year's gap.

  • The National Association of Realtors published its 2026 real estate outlook and believes the housing market is showing signs of rebalancing and rebounding. 

  • America's second-largest homebuilder, Lennar, cut the average price of its homes by 10% to keep sales afloat in the last quarter, according to Newsweek.

  • BlueBid has surpassed 25,000 pre-market homes on its platform!
